Michael D. Ritchey, formerly senior vice president and chief marketing officer of public relations agency FischerHealth, has been appointed senior vice president of LehmanMillet West in Los Angeles. Ritchey reports to agency president Bruce Lehman. He has been charged with establishing a greater West Coast presence for the Boston-based firm, which focuses on medical devices and diagnostics.
