NEW YORK At least five agencies have advanced in the review for the creative portion of Toys R Us’ estimated $120 million ad account, sources said.

Omnicom Group’s DDB in Chicago; WPP Group’s Young & Rubicam; Interpublic Group’s Deutsch and Foote Cone & Belding, all in New York; and the incumbent, Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett in Chicago, will be briefed by the Wayne, N.J., client this week, sources said. Creative and strategic presentations are set for early May.
