Lang/Durham Launches Effort for CREC

BOSTON Independent shop Lang/Durham has launched a campaign for the Capitol Regional Education Council promoting “Understanding by Design,” a program intended to improve course curriculum design and student performance. The program helps teachers establish performance targets and build a targeted curriculum to help students reach those goals.

The effort breaks this month and it targets school boards and administrators. It includes brochures, direct mailers and a CD-ROM.

The Farmington, Conn.-based agency has previously worked on other projects for the client, a nonprofit regional education service center. The CREC serves 35 Connecticut public school districts.
