BOSTON Independent agency Kelliher Samets Volk said it intends to step up its direct marketing service, naming Susan Randlett director and Shelly Robbie creative director of the DM group.
Randlett joins the shop in Burlington, Vt., from Evergreen Direct in Middlebury, Vt., where she spent 13 years and worked on accounts such as Hermes, L.L. Bean and MetLife.
Robbie has been an associate creative director at KSV, which she joined two years ago.
The pair worked together for nearly a decade at Evergreen Direct.
