NEW YORK The Online Publishers Association yesterday named this year’s executive officers, including MarketWatch.com chairman and CEO Larry Kramer, who will serve as the organization’s chairman.

Kramer replaces former Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive CEO and publisher Christopher Schroeder, who was chairman-elect of the OPA. Schroeder stepped down before serving his term as the association’s chairman after being named vice president of strategy at The Washington Post Company in January.

Debora Wilson, chief operating officer of The Weather Channel and The Weather Channel Interactive, and Riley McDonough, vice president of sales and marketing at ESPN Internet Group, will serve as treasurer and secretary of the OPA, respectively.
