TracyLocke has appointed Al Klein executive vice president of network development. In his new role, Klein will oversee two TracyLocke divisions, The Launch Point and U30 Group. He will divide his time between the shop’s two headquarters in Dallas and Wilton, Conn., as well as the Knoxville, Tenn., office, where U30 is based. Klein previously worked as Pepsi’s marketing director for juices and non-carbonated beverages in Purchase, N.Y.
