Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners is poised to name its new executive creative director to succeed Bill Oberlander, who vacated the role last week, sources said.

The new creative chief here will likely come from outside the agency, according to sources. And like Oberlander, the successor also will carry the title of managing partner. The change is part of a creative restructuring, which will include internal promotions, said sources.

Oberlander remains available to the agency in a quasi-consulting role, said co-chairman Richard Kirshenbaum.
