Kilmer & Kilmer has opened an office in Los Angeles and recruited a new executive to handle its West Coast affairs.
The Albuquerque, N.M., agency hired David Jones as director of marketing and planning. Jones previously worked for Diagnostek and Kilmer & Kilmer client Jones Intercable.
