DALLAS Veteran healthcare marketing executive Michael Kesti has been appointed vice president of healthcare markets for Starmark International, the shop said.
In this newly created position, Kesti is responsible for directing the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., agency’s growth in healthcare industry activities. He also will oversee account management for this category.
