BBDO has hired Jeff Kenyon as evp, group planning director on AT&T. He most recently held a similar post at Ogilvy & Mather. At BBDO, Kenyon will split his time between the New York and Atlanta offices and report to Troy Ruhanen, the shop’s N.A. deputy chairman. “He’s especially adept at distilling complex problems into simple solutions, as can be seen in the b-to-b and enterprise work that was developed at his prior agency for his American Express and IBM clients,” Ruhanen said. Kenyon’s resume also includes tenures at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Fallon.
