The Albuquerque, N.M., shop ranks No. 232 on the list, which appears in the magazine’s special issue arriving on newsstands tomorrow. McKee reported a 967 percent five-year sales growth, with 2001 revenue of $6 million.
“You can’t work with Emeril [Lagasse] and not become a better cook,” said agency president Steve McKee.
