Kabloom Touts Flower Power

Orsatti & Partners’ first television effort for KaBloom asserts that flowers make great gifts year-round, even when no holiday is in sight.

A breaking 30-second spot from the Boston agency shows people having fun and enjoying flowers, which, according to a voiceover, are the perfect accompaniment “for that special occasion we call life.”

The client’s corporate tag, “The power of fresh flowers,” employed by Orsatti in radio efforts, closes the TV spot.

The goal, according to agency CEO Lou Orsatti, is to position the 30-store Woburn, Mass., florist chain as a gift resource all year. The spot will run in heavy rotation in New England markets through Easter and again around Mother’s Day to help boost seasonal sales.

Orsatti has worked with KaBloom for nearly two years, coming on board as the client opened its second store.

Today, the company has 30 locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

KaBloom spends $3 million annually on ads.
