In his first big hire as JWT's worldwide creative chief, Matt Eastwood has tapped a creative director from a top digital shop to lead JWT's creative department in New York.

Adam Kerj most recently was chief creative officer at 360i, where he worked on brands like Mondelez' Oreo. As CCO of JWT New York, he'll oversee more than 100 staffers and steer creative efforts on accounts like Macy's, Puma, Vonage, Royal Caribbean and Johnson & Johnson.
