NEW YORK JWT, in a continuing effort to expand and remake its account planning department here, has added Cliff Freeman and Partners’ Jessica Navas as a group planning director.

The WPP Group shop has five planners at that level. Navas, 37, will work on JetBlue and the U.S portion of Listerine, the agency said.

Navas, the latest in a series of hires by co-heads of strategic planning Robin Bardolia and William Charnock, spent eight years at MDC Partners’ Cliff Freeman in New York, where she was an evp, strategic planning.
