Nestlé’s new Toll House Candy Bars will appear in grocery stores Sept. 29, with ads from J. Walter Thompson, here, launching next January, the client said last week. Nestlé will spend about $20 million on Toll House this year. JWT also handles Nestlé brands that include Butterfinger Bar, Carnation, Häagen Dazs and Nips.
