Direct marketing agency Media Horizons in Norwalk, Conn., has named Joe Page as its new vice president, creative director. The shop believes Page’s hire is a coup as he has more than 20 years as a cd under belt, including tenures Scholastic and Digitas. For the past two years, Page was an independent consultant in the areas of creative, new business development and marketing strategy for AmeriHealth, Charter Communications, Savin, Wells Fargo, Whole Foods and XM Satellite Radio.
