NEW YORK Unilever today confirmed awarding global creative duties on its Magnum ice cream brand to Lowe and consolidating its other ice cream business at Lowe and DDB.

McCann was the incumbent on Magnum, which receives the lion’s share of spending among the client’s ice cream portfolio. Adweek.com reported the shift on Jan. 11.

At the same time, Unilever has reassigned the rest of its ice cream brands—which had been divided among three core shops—to Lowe and DDB.
