Bob Minihan has been named executive creative director at ISM, a Boston independent agency that specializes in travel and leisure accounts. Minihan had been co-cd at Partners + Simons in Boston, where he worked on Polaroid and Pioneer Funds, among others. At ISM, Minihan will oversee creative on all accounts, including American Express and Barbados Tourism. He replaces Michael Jacobs, who left in October.
