-The Sun-Netscape Alliance, a joint venture between Palo Alto, Calif.-based Sun Microsystems and Moutain View, Calif.-based Netscape, last week launched its new brand, iPlanet, with a print campaign in business publications, including a three-page spread in The Wall Street Journal. The ads by Lowe & Partners/SMS, San Francisco, use the tagline, “Run with It.” On the same day, a campaign for Denver-based software provider J.D. Edwards launched with the same tagline.
