NEW YORK Aegis North America search agency iProspect said it has acquired the Fort Worth, Texas-based search shop Range Online Media for an undisclosed amount.

The Watertown, Mass.-based member of Aegis’ digital-focused Isobar network said it plans to assimilate Range into the growing collection of 21 iProspect offices worldwide. Going forward, current Range president Misty Locke will eventually assume the role of chief strategy officer of iProspect.

Range, which on its Web site claims to have generated $1 billion in online revenue, works with brands such as Calvin Klein, Macy’s and Toshiba.
