BOSTON Consultancy Gomez Inc., which measures the effectiveness of Internet performance for corporations, has hired Ruder Finn’s Technology Group for public relations chores.
The Waltham, Mass.-based client selected Ruder Finn, an independent shop, primarily for the New York agency’s experience handling technology-driven accounts.
Job 1 for the PR practice will be “to streamline and clarify” the value Gomez can bring to companies seeking to gauge the success of their online initiatives, said client CEO Alex Stein in a statement.
