ATLANTA Images USA has added an educational marketing department and hired a director for it who brought at least six historically black college accounts with him, the agency said.

Sam Young left his job at Stein Communications, an independent Atlanta shop that specializes in educational marketing, to open the division at Images USA, an Atlanta indie that specializes in multicultural marketing.

“I wanted to specialize in historically black colleges and universities and this is a place where I can do it,” Young said.
