Montemayor Names New Business Head
DALLAS—Montemayor y Asociados has recruited former client Zifa Esparza to serve as senior vice president and director of account development. Esparza joins the San Antonio advertising agency from Taco Cabana, where she was senior director of marketing. “We expect her to move the needle of new business acquisition for Montemayor,” said agency president and chief executive officer Carlos Montemayor. The Hispanic marketing agency became part of the Young & Rubicam network earlier this year.
