Decision Imminent on Energizer

LOS ANGELES—A decision on the possible consolidation of the $45 million Energizer account could come this week, sources said. TBWA\Chiat\Day, Playa del Rey, Calif., is lead shop for the brand; DDB, Chicago, handles the e2 titanium battery. Sources said the client may test creative from both shops before making a decision. Energizer, the No. 2 battery in the U.S. behind Duracell, is best known for TBWA\C\D’s pink rabbit ad icon.
