Salesforce.com Hires Shugart
SAN FRANCISCO-Salesforce.com selected Shugart Matson Young/Clear Ink to handled its estimated $15-20 million integrated marketing account, after a search. The Bay Area shop, with offices in San Ramon and Walnut Creek, Calif., bested the Martha Felt Group in Salt Lake City and a handful of agencies from San Francisco. The year-old San Francisco client boosted its annual budget from $10 million over the course of the pitch. The client also hired agency veteran Tom Henry to oversee the account.
