To bolster the September launch of its Signature and Ultra Thin pies, Chicago-based Home Run Inn Pizza is partnering with YouTube to stage a video contest, in time for Halloween next month.

As part of the Home Run Inn Video Challenge, consumers are invited to post a two-minute original horror short film on http://ca.youtube.com/group/homeruninnpizza featuring the pizza brand. Home Run Inncomprises both retail establishments and frozen pizza operations.

The contest will run through Oct. 10. The winner (chosen by YouTube viewers) will receive $2,500 and hi-tech Halloween house decorations.
