She shares that newly created title with Jack Calhoun, 33, who was recently promoted to the post. Calhoun came to the agency two years ago from Foote, Cone & Belding, San Francisco.
Hill and Calhoun will jointly run Citron’s account management department, and Hill will also focus on new business, said agency chairman Tom Bedecarrƒ. “As we grow, we need more senior talent to handle our new business opportunities.”
The appointments are the latest in a string of hires by the $100 million-plus agency to build a senior management team.
The agency is currently a contender in a number of reviews, including Eddie Bauer, NBC Sports and a divsion of Ore-Ida Foods, according to sources.
