Havas named Hervé Philippe, 47, chief financial officer last week. He succeeds Jacques Hérail, who had been with the company since 1984, serving as CFO for nearly 10 years. Philippe, who was previously CFO at Sagem, will report to CEO Philippe Wahl. A Havas rep said, “We don’t know what [Hérail’s] future projects are.”
