Harsha Bags IGA AOR

NEW YORK–The International Grocers Alliance (IGA) Wednesday announced that it has retained Harsha & Associates, Oklahoma City, as the agency of record for IGA North America.

Harsha will direct IGA’s advertising and promotions for more than 1,700 grocery retailers and 11 distribution companies in the U.S.

The majority of efforts will be directed toward in-store promotions and national sweepstakes, according to Chicago-based IGA, an alliance with more than 4,000 supermarkets worldwide representing $21 billion in retail sales. New creative will continue to reflect recent IGA campaigns, which have included such prizes as Space Camp explore-the-store family vacations, Sears home makeovers, Dodge trucks and education scholarships.
