Grubb & Ellis Bows Print Ads

Kelley Habib Touts Commercial Realtor
BOSTON–Kelley Habib John Integrated Marketing this week breaks a national campaign for Grubb & Ellis Co. that reinforces its dedication to customer service and results.
“We are trying to communicate the level of professionals we have,” said Grubb & Ellis marketing director Lesa Rider.
The ads, running in Commercial Property News and other industry journals, target corporate executives who make multimillion-dollar commercial real estate decisions, said agency president Judy Habib.
Direct marketing and sales materials are also part of the assignment, which the Boston shop won after an “informal review,” Habib said. There was no incumbent.
“[Real estate] is very hot and competitive. In the midst of mergers and acquisitions, there’s a competitive aggression about who’s going to be on top,” said Habib.
Based in Northbrook, Ill., Grubb & Ellis ranks third in the commercial real estate market behind CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield. CB Richard recently assigned the media portion of its $4-5 million account to Horizon Media, Los Angeles. Cushman last year broke a $3 million campaign via Gillespie, Lawrenceville, N.J.
