Grogan Steps Down at IPG

NEW YORK–Bill Grogan, who ran the worldwide Coke Classic account for Interpublic Group, has resigned sources said. Grogan was management director at IPG’s McCann-Erickson, which until this past summer was the lead creative agency on the account.

Berlin Cameron/Red Cell is producing next year’s Coke campaign tagged, “Real.”

Sources said Grogan was leaving to join AOL/Time Warner. IPG’s Gunnar Wilmot was said to be replacing him on Coke Classic.

Neither Grogan, IPG nor McCann executives could be reached for comment.
