NEW YORK Grey Worldwide has won a creative assignment for Rayovac batteries, the agency said. Its sister company, MediaCom, will handle media duties.

The Atlanta client is part of Rayovac Corp.

In a statement, Steve Blamer, CEO of Grey North America, said, “We’re delighted with this win because this assignment was awarded without a review as a direct result of the work we have done on Remington, our ongoing client that was acquired recently by Rayovac. This kind of validation by our new client is particularly gratifying.”
