Greenough Adds to Its Tech Cache

BOSTON Greenough Communications has added consumer electronics concern Digital Innovations and tech consulting company Molecular to its roster for public relations chores.

“With the decline in the tech sector during the past few years, we’ve deliberately extended our reach into the consumer tech and professional services markets, so the addition of Molecular and Digital Innovations to our roster is yet more validation of our decision to carefully expand our focus,” said Phil Greenough, agency president.

Watertown, Mass.-based Molecular tapped Greenough to provide strategic counsel and media relations. For Chicago-based Digital Innovations, Greenough will help promote products to the public.

“Greenough demonstrated a consultative approach, significant industry insight, and an impressive experience base,” said Howard Kogan, vice president of client services at Molecular. “The team has a clear interest in Molecular’s success and we’re very excited to be working with them. We think they are the right partner to help us meet our business objectives.”

Greenough is based in Boston, with an outpost in San Francisco. The company’s client roster includes Citrix Systems, Concord Communications and Shure.
