California commercial-production company Good Company Films has launched with two directors on its roster, including a rock star who has worked on the Miller Lite “Dick” campaign for Fallon.

Gerald Ca sale, a co-founder and member of 1980s new-wave band Devo, and Scott Marshall, son of director and Happy Days creator Garry Marshall, have both joined the shop, which opens with offices in Santa Monica, Calif., and San Francisco.

“It seems like a good time to expand on the music-driven identity we’ve already established for Gerald and to add Scott to that effort because his work is also solidly in that vein,” said Raub Shapiro, executive producer at Good Co.,
