T.G. Madison has sent its fundraising print ads to local city and suburban magazines and newspapers on behalfof Golden Retriever Rescue Atlanta.

The Peachtree City, Ga.-based nonprofit organization helps abandoned and abused golden retrievers with medical attention and by holding adoptions at Petsmart in Atlanta.

Three ads feature black-and-white portraits of GRRA dogs, Logan and Samantha, now owned by Lauren Genkinger, the Atlanta agency’s chief executive officer.

Copy by Mike Betts states: “They are one of the smartest breeds, but they will never understand abuse,” “Give them love and they’ll give it right back” and “It’s amazing what one wag of the tail will wipe away.”

Other production credits for the pro bono project go to creative director John Carter, art director Shane Nearman and photographer Parish Kohenin.
