Lo and behold, ad agencies actually might start hiring people again! In a new survey of advertising and marketing executives by The Creative Group, 59 percent conceded they’d held off on hiring during the past year. Among these respondents, though, 27 percent now say they expect to resume hiring during the second quarter of this year. Another 25 percent anticipate doing so in the third quarter, while 17 percent expect to resume staffing up in the fourth quarter.
