The Martin Agency has promoted five staffers. Shannon Johnson has advanced to senior account executive. She joined the Richmond, Va., shop as an account executive in 1998. Laura Lantz, operations manager, came aboard in 1999 as office manager. Katie Musick has progressed from account coordinator to account executive. Erin Noel, who was hired in 2001, has been named strategic planning coordinator. Scott Peters has moved up to senior media planner. He joined Martin in 2000 as a media planner.
