General Mills’ Rostad Named CFO

At Fallon McElligott
CHICAGO–Fallon McElligott has once again looked outside the agency to augment its management team.
Staney Rostad, who has spent the past 18 years working for General Mills in a variety of planning and financial posts, joined Fallon as chief financial officer. She assumes that role from founding partner Irv Fish, who continues at the agency with the new title of chief operating officer.
Rostad, who was handpicked by Fish for the job, will manage the accounting and financial reporting functions for Fallon’s Minneapolis, New York and London offices.
Earlier this year, Fallon tapped former BBDO West chief creative officer David Lubars to succeed Bill Westbrook as creative director in the agency’s Minneapolis office.
