Gavril to Head DMi’s Internet Unit

NEW YORK Drone & Mueller Interactive has promoted Barry Gavril from senior project manager to director of Internet services.

In the post, Gavril, 40, will oversee e-business development, strategic planning, prospect analysis and project coordination for clients like Adams Mark Hotel, Hager Co. and the American Optometric Association. He will manage 13 staffers and will report to Mike Drone, president and CEO of Drone & Mueller and Associates, the St. Louis-based parent of DMi.

Gavril assumes many of the duties formerly held by group director Jim McPherson, who left about two months ago.

Before joining DMi seven months ago, Gavril was a business unit manager at Impact Technology in St. Louis for nine years.
