Rnhi. Postaer & Associates/L.A. and SFM Media/N.Y., a latecomer to the estimated $53-million Twentieth Century Fox media review, are believed to have been eliminated from the contest last week as Fox trimmed its list to three undisclosed contenders. Others known to be in the hunt until the most recent cut include: Young & Rubicam/L.A. and N.Y.; Wells Rich Greene/BDDP, L.A.; BBDO Los Angeles; Chiat/Day, Venice, Calif.; and Bohbot Communications/N.Y.L.A. buying firms Vitt Media and ICG were eliminated earlier.
