LINCOLN, NEB. – Four Nebraska ad agencies submitted bids last week to handle the new Nebraska Lottery account. The agencies include Ayres and Associates/Lincoln; Bozell Omaha; Culver & Associates/Omaha; and Smith, Kaplan, Allen & Reynolds/Omaha. The Nebraska Department of Revenue is overseeing the establishment of the state lottery and expects the first lottery tickets to go on sale in September. The winning agency will secure a two-year contract with the option to renew for two one-year periods.
