SAN FRANCISCO – Hyett, Broadbent & Heimbrodt, the advertising agency founded here earlier this year after the firm’s principals had a falling out with their former employer DDB Needham, said they reached agreements to settle cross lawsuits with their former agency. Terms were not disclosed. The agency currently bills $8 million from five clients, including Giurlani USA, Matson Leasing Co., Matson Navigation Co., Park Lane Hotels International and The Santa Cruz Operation.
