NEW YORK – The assignee for the benefit of creditors of Geer DuBois is seeking a total of over $5 million in damages from the defunct agency’s principals: Peter Geer, Steve Bowen, Rodney Underwood and Martyn Straw. The suit is one of three that were filed by assignee and plaintiff Jerold R. Ruderman in New York State Supreme Court late last month. One names as defendants 41 former employees, asking for the return of a approximately $206,000 in severance and vacation pay.
