RIO DE JANEIRO – Ford is to complete 75 years here and intends to increase advertising investments by 40%, to $20 million in 1993. The company is announcing six product launches in 1993, and has plans to increase its 14% share-of-market by 4 points. The total car market in Brazil is about $10 billion.
