Border Media Partners Radio has named Robin Flores operations director. Flores joins the San Antonio broadcasting company from Clear Channel in Austin, Texas, where he served as brand manager and a morning show host. BMP Radio has also added Raul Rodriguez as vice president and market manager. Over his 20-year career in radio and TV sales, Rodriguez has worked for Telemundo, Univision and Entravision.
