LOS ANGELES BBDO West has survived the protest period in the review for the California Lottery’s four-year, $100 million general market account, the lottery confirmed.

The Omnicom shop in San Francisco and Los Angeles was named the winner last week, pending approval from the lottery commission. Agencies that participated in the review had until late yesterday to notify the lottery of their intent to protest the decision, and none came forward, said lottery representative Rosa Escutia.
