Fellers Bolsters Executive Ranks

Names 2 Vice Presidents, Installs Strategist
DALLAS–Austin, Texas-based Fellers has strengthened its agency management team with the promotion of two staff members and the addition of a strategic planning specialist who will help build the five-office network’s specialty marketing services.
Fellers president Bill Holland said the appointments of Randy Nichols, Patti Douglass and Lloyd Sheep to vice presidencies is “another essential step in our growth plan.” Last October, Holland assumed the presidency from agency chairman Doyle Fellers.
Sheep joins Fellers’ Austin office as vice president of strategic planning, moving over from his senior manager role at crosstown agency SicolaMartin.
Sheep is charged with leading national branding efforts for 3M in Austin. He also will lend a hand across the $50 million network in account planning, direct marketing services and tending to the agency’s technology business prospects.
In Oklahoma City, account supervisor Randy Nichols was elevated to vice president of marketing services. That office handles much of Fellers’ industrial and business-to-business clients like Ditch Witch, Kerr-McGee Chemical and Caterpillar.
Fellers account supervisor Patti Douglass moves up to vice president of account service and media in the Lubbock, Texas, office. Douglass will help oversee that office’s preponderance of healthcare, retail and hospitality accounts with principal Randy Christian.
Fellers also maintains offices in Houston and Amarillo, Texas.
