Feil to Shape K-C Marketing Plans

DALLAS Former Mosaic InfoForce CEO Kim Feil will supervise North American and European marketing services as vice president and senior marketing officer at Kimberly-Clark, the company said.

Feil, who has held consumer marketing posts at PepsiCo and Cadbury Schweppes, worked with Mosaic InfoForce clients such as Gillette, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills and Nabisco before joining K-C this month. InfoForce is a joint venture of IRI and Mosaic, analyzing retail trends and consumer insights.

At Kimberly-Clark, headquartered in the Dallas suburb of Irving, Texas, Feil takes charge of marketing research, media services, promotion and interactive services for one of the world’s top consumer products companies.

She will report to Steven Kalmanson, group president for North American personal care products.

“Her ability to leverage insights gained from customer, shopper and user research into a marketing process that strengthens our brands will reinforce our position as a leader in our categories and will create greater competitive advantage for K-C,” Kalmanson said. “She brings a collaborative management style that fosters idea sharing and will deliver more value from our marketing suppliers.”

With brands such as Kleenex, Scott, Huggies, Pull-Ups, Kotex and Depend, Kimberly-Clark holds the No. 1 or No. 2 market share position in more than 80 countries, the company said.

Mosaic InfoForce is also based in Irving.
