NEW YORK-Mitch Ratliff has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager of FCBi, FCB New York’s digital and direct marketing division.

Previously group management director, Ratliff will continue to report to FCBi managing director John Penberthy and will be responsible for business performance, the digital account management team and client relationships – as well as ensuring delivery of FCB’s integration model on the digital side.

Ratliff, 46, began his ad career as an account executive in the early 1980s at FCB New York on the Frito Lay account and returned to the shop 1996 as group management director working on accounts such as AT&T, Merck and MetLife.
