CHICAGO – Foote, Cone & Belding Communications, Inc. here reported 1992 combined revenues of $627 million, an increase of 6.9% over 1991. Net income in 1992 was $21.7 million, or $2.00 per share, compared to a loss of $19 million, or $1.81 per share, in 1991, which reflected restructuring charges. FCB also reported $300 million in new business, worldwide, an increase of more than 13% over 1991.
